Pro Ambitions Surf/Hockey Camp
Spend a week on Uinveristy of Rhode Island's campus while traveling to the Newport Beaches and ice rink all in the same day!.Hands down, this is one of the most unique summer camps out there as it combines to extremely opposite sports; surfing and ice hockey.
Campers work on developing their hockey skills each morning and evening at Boss Arena located right on campus and then spend each afternoon at a beach in Newport, RI soaking up the rays and “Hanging Ten” out in the surf.
Here's a quick overview of what a week at Pro Ambitions looks like: Campers arrive Sunday, check in and immediately hit the ice before dinner. Monday-Thursdau campers get two on ice sessions, one in the morning and one in the evening, and a surf session in Newport in the afternoon. All meals are provided and boarding is in the dorms on URI's Kingston campus.
Instructors
Pro Ambitions surf staff include instructors all the from Hawaii. Instructors have years of experience surfing some of the world's best waves and focus on the individual abilities of each student.
